Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end projects for Life Sciences, focusing on MES, Pharma 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing. You will manage cross-functional teams across the globe, ensuring delivery excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability while guiding clients through digital transformation.

The role requires strong project leadership, governance capabilities, and experience with GMP/GxP/regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, international programs with multi-vendor governance.
• Strong ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and apply PM frameworks.
• Experience delivering MES projects in Life Sciences (GxP, FDA/21 CFR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project management with timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multi-country teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including PMs, MES consultants, Solution Architects, Validation Specialists, and BAs.
• Govern risks, escalations, and ensure adherence to Capgemini delivery methodologies.
