Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Manufacturing Engineer with Life Sciences focus to drive growth within our Digital Manufacturing practice in the United States.

You will develop digital manufacturing strategies, support global pursuits and proposals, and deliver programs that optimize manufacturing performance and accelerate business outcomes in regulated Life Sciences environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in MES Digital Manufacturing.
• Experience with life sciences manufacturing and regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of MES and solution architecture.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital manufacturing assessments, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
• Support global pursuits, proposals, and solutioning efforts.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners and client stakeholders.
