BioTalent partners with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation to hire a Programme Manager to lead large-scale Automation and MES deployments across international sites. This high-impact role drives digital manufacturing programs and oversees cross-functional teams for successful delivery in GMP environments.

The ideal candidate will bridge business, manufacturing, and technology, with a proven track record in enterprise-scale digital transformations within pharmaceutical settings.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large-scale Automation and MES programmes in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong GMP-regulated manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience delivering MES platforms such as PAS-X, Syncade, Opcenter, PharmaSuite.
• Knowledge of automation and control systems including DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Automation and MES programmes from initiation through execution and go-live.
• Manage multiple workstreams across manufacturing, engineering, IT, quality, and operations.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive MES implementation, upgrade, and integration projects within GMP environments.
• Coordinate vendors, system integrators, and internal teams across sites.
• Ensure programmes delivered on time and within budget while aligning with business goals.
• Support digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing efficiency and data integrity.
• Provide governance and leadership throughout the programme lifecycle.
