Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer in Johns Creek, GA. This role focuses on implementing and supporting MES solutions to enhance production operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to troubleshoot issues and drive efficiency in a regulated medical device environment. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Experience in validation processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support MES systems in manufacturing.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, and ISO standards.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
