Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform business support or administrative tasks to enhance business operations through accurate task completion.
• Assist in analyzing technology trends and designing new processes, as well as modifying and improving existing ones.
• Evaluate and resolve issues related to manufacturing, design, quality, and material engineering.
• Document and maintain service logs.
• Prepare reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues.
• Support project planning and execution.
• Follow established SOPs and maintain quality control.
