Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Travel 2–10% willingness.
• Relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Equipment Engineers.
• Learn and specialize in manufacturing equipment.
• Specify requirements and procedures for new and existing equipment.
• Purchase and own installation and qualification of new equipment and retrofits.
• Adapt manufacturing equipment to factory conditions.
• Conduct tests to improve control and troubleshoot production problems.
• Develop and perform change control and qualification activities.
• Provide guidance to Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Training on equipment usage.
• Ensure production processes comply with regulations.
