Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group, located in Merritt Island, FL, seeks a Production Coordinator to oversee the boat manufacturing process, ensuring tasks finish on time and within budget. The role coordinates production activities across departments to maintain quality and efficiency.

The position requires 1–3 years in production scheduling, strong MS Office skills, and experience with AS400/OBMS; MES systems and financial systems are a plus. Overtime flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience with production scheduling and planning.
• Ample experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel required.
• Experience with AS400 / OBMS systems required.
• Experience with Shop Floor, Profound, and other MES systems a plus.
• Experience with financial systems a plus.
• Experience in boat manufacturing or complex platform manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter & maintain lamination starts in OBMS, per the production projection.
• Maintain line rates & spray sequence based on mold rotation & availability.
• Review sales orders for accuracy, option compatibility, and special instructions.
• Create weekly production schedule for all applicable departments.
• Create & distribute Hard Copies & HIN Plates.
• Load & sequence Shop Floor starts.
• Process order change requests and update records.
