Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in production scheduling and planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with AS400 / OBMS systems.
• Experience with Shop Floor, Profound and other MES systems is a plus.
• Experience with financial systems a plus.
• Experience in boat manufacturing or complex platform manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to think and react quickly; flexible.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain lamination starts in OBMS per production projection.
• Maintain line rates and spray sequence based on mold rotation and availability.
• Review sales orders for accuracy, option compatibility, and special instructions.
• Create weekly production schedule for all applicable departments.
• Create and distribute Hard Copies & HIN Plates.
• Load and sequence Shop Floor starts.
• Process order change requests and update copies accordingly.
• Maintain ATS dates in OBMS and Process Days in OBMS.
• Create and maintain monthly Available to Ship list.
• Verify daily production.
• Perform weekly WIP audit and report.
• Perform other duties, as required.
