Job summary

You will collaborate with IT, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive project design and execution, improve processes, and manage contractors and capital funding. The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a deep understanding of manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing with some software systems-based experience.
• Experience with computer/software-based systems to support manufacturing production lines.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that enables reliable manufacturing execution and MES platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality and Design Engineering on projects.
• Optimize process flows through facility layout changes and customized systems design.
• Oversee contractors and capital funding for project execution.
