Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with some software systems experience.
• Experience with computer/software-based systems to support manufacturing production line.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with IT or MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from scoping to implementation for MES and manufacturing execution.
• Own and coach a small team across cross-functional domains (IT, Operations, Logistics, Quality).
• Drive process-flow optimization and manufacturing systems design improvements.
• Manage contractors and oversee capital funding for projects.
