Qualifications

• College degree in a technical curriculum; equivalent experience may be considered where appropriate.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application across production and management processes.
• Strong project management discipline supporting capital equipment and facility readiness initiatives.
• Experience leading capital projects involving new machines, automation, or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with lean/Six Sigma concepts, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers for capital equipment, automation, tooling, and facility readiness projects.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and production readiness targets.
• Review capacity assumptions, equipment cycle times, labor needs, and material flow to confirm deliverables.
• Develop a culture of accountability, collaboration, urgency, and data-driven decision making.
• Mentor project managers through coaching, feedback, and stretch assignments.
