The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop detailed cutover plans, and provide executive-level communications and readiness assessments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation, deployment, or cutover initiatives within manufacturing or operations.
• Strong background in developing and managing project/cutover plans, readiness assessments, and executive communications.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and levels.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks.
• Experience with cross-functional IT, manufacturing, and business leadership to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive cutover strategies and detailed plans to ensure seamless transition during large-scale deployment initiatives.
• Coordinate site readiness activities across manufacturing and supply chain environments, ensuring all teams are prepared for transition.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, readiness assessments, and execution phases, managing dependencies and risks effectively.
• Oversee day-to-day cutover activities, tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate readiness reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
