Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 in Richardson, TX to drive SAP S/4HANA cutover strategies and end-to-end ERP project delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely go-live readiness with strong client stakeholder engagement.

The role requires leadership in complex ERP projects, deep experience in data migration and cutover activities, and a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation to deliver successful implementations for manufacturing

Qualifications

Proven experience developing and managing SAP S/4HANA cutover plans, timelines, resources, dependencies, risk mitigation, and contingency planning with SAP Activate.
Led multiple cutover rehearsals, validated execution plans, resolved issues, and ensured go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals, coordinating with stakeholders.
Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
Evaluate deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools.
Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams to embed quality planning.
Develop and run project estimates, monitor budgets, optimize resources.
Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals for clients.
Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster team development.
