Job summary

MetaSource in Draper, UT is seeking a Mortgage Services MERS Specialist to provide Tier 1 application support for MERS compliance requirements, primarily using mintrak2 and MERS Third-Party Review Services. You will troubleshoot issues, assist clients with reconciliation processes, and perform detailed MERS Annual Reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage loan processing, servicing, or application support.
• Strong knowledge of MERS compliance requirements.
• Experience in Tier 1 support and application troubleshooting.
• Experience with large data sets and data reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and client service skills; proficient in MS Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for MERS applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform MERS Annual Reviews as a third-party auditor.
• Collaborate with MERS members for monthly data reconciliation using mintrak2.
• Monitor client requests via email and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process and regulatory changes related to MERS.
• Identify gaps in member processing and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation of new clients.
• Support monthly client reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Support monthly client reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
