Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Supervisor for a 100% remote role. The position supports Buy-Side and Sell-Side transactions, performing financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings analyses for a variety of industries. CPA licensure is preferred and 2+ years in TAS or financial due diligence is required.

You will interact with private equity firms, lenders, and business owners, advancing toward upper management within a highly awarded national firm.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in public accounting with 2+ years in TAS or financial due diligence.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Quality of Earnings analyses.
• Experience with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners preferred.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAS engagements including financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings analyses.
• Support buy-side and sell-side transactions for diverse industries.
• Collaborate with client teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years of transaction advisory and/or financial due diligence experience.

• Experience working directly with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners preferred.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification strongly preferred.
