Job summary

Brewer Morris is hiring a fully remote Transaction Advisory Services Manager or Senior Manager to lead buy‑ and sell‑side financial due diligence for middle‑market clients.

You will analyze financials, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver insights that influence valuation and deal strategy while working with PE groups and corporate clients. A CPA or CPA‑eligible background with strong GAAP knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• CPA (or CPA-eligible); strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• MBA/Master’s degree with accounting background preferred.
• 2–4+ years of financial audit experience (top-ten firm ideal).
• 1–3 years TAS experience at national firm, including 1 year at Manager level.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Preferred Qualifications
