Job description

• We are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to join our Corporate Development team and drive strategic growth through high-impact transactions
• In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of M&A deals - from target screening and due diligence to valuation analysis and integration planning - while preparing investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and the board
• Support the end-to-end process for M&A transactions, including target screening, due diligence, valuation, and integration planning
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuation analyses, and assess the strategic fit of potential targets
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and strategic opportunities
• Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to support investment recommendations
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and the board of directors
• Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, operations, and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution
• Assist in the planning and execution of post-merger integration efforts, ensuring the realization of projected synergies
