Insight Global is seeking a Manager, M&A & Corp Finance to join a high-visibility team evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and investments in a Media/Telecom/Tech focused organization.

The role requires strong buy-side M&A experience, advanced financial modeling, and the ability to conduct rigorous due diligence on deals ranging from roughly $50M to over $1B, with exposure to executive leadership including CFO and CEO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Investment Banking experience with a focus on TMT or M&A.
• 2+ years Private Equity or related experience such as Corporate Development or Big 4 Transaction Advisory.
• Strong buy-side M&A transaction experience and financial modeling skills.
• Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating transaction opportunities.
• Ability to manage full transaction lifecycle from diligence through execution.
• Strong written communication and presentation development for senior leadership.

Job description

• 2+ years Investment Banking experience, preferably TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) or M&A
• 2+ years Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Big 4 Transaction Advisory, or equivalent consulting experience
• Strong buy-side M&A transaction experience
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating transaction opportunities
• Ability to manage full transaction lifecycle from diligence through execution
• Strong written communication and presentation development skills
• Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, CFO, and CEO-level stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a small, lean team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional, team-oriented, and able to hit the ground running
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills under pressure

This individual will join a highly visible and collaborative team responsible for evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and investments. The ideal candidate brings strong buy-side M&A experience, exceptional financial modeling skills, and the ability to conduct rigorous due diligence on complex transactions ranging from approximately $50M to over $1B in value. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, including the CFO and CEO, and requires someone comfortable creating and presenting investment recommendations, managing full transaction processes, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The team is seeking a hands‑on, polished professional who can immediately contribute in a fast‑paced environment while remaining collaborative, adaptable, and team‑focused.

This role is paying between $130-150K base + 10% bonus target

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
