Job summary

CB Partners, LLC is seeking an Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to evaluate opportunities and support long-term growth. You will build financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment analyses for executive leadership.

You will work with banks, lenders, and advisors; analyze market trends; develop business cases; and help close transactions from evaluation through closing. This role requires 5+ years in related finance fields and a strong M&A toolkit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, Transaction Advisory, or another M&A-focused environment.
• Proven experience performing valuation analyses, financial modeling, and due diligence.

CB Partners is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst who will play a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy. This highly visible role will work directly with executive leadership to lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, investment analysis, and transaction support activities. Focused on the front end of the acquisition lifecycle, this position is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, building investment business cases, conducting strategic analysis, and helping leadership make informed growth and investment decisions.

Experience & Education

Required:
