This role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with 4+ years of M&A or private equity experience and a proven track record advising high-growth companies, private equity funds, and corporate clients on complex transactions.

Role Highlights

• Lead drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, merger agreements, LLC/LP agreements, and ancillary transaction documents.
