Qualifications

• Mercury outboard experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical marine components.
• ABYC certifications are a plus.
• Mercury-specific certifications are advantageous.
• Holder of a valid driver's license is required.
• Demonstrates reliability and professionalism in a busy service setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Mercury outboard motors during service visits.
• Perform standard maintenance and complex troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze and fix fuel, electrical, and steering marine systems.
• Handle engine rigging, installations, and repower projects as needed.
• Conduct sea trials to verify repairs meet quality standards.
