You will apply SRE principles to improve reliability, scalability, and observability, driving incident reduction and operational excellence across on-site production environments. The role emphasizes end-to-end service lifecycle ownership, data-driven improvements, and leadership of technologists in a large-scale fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations, troubleshooting and incident resolution experience.
• Strong background in SRE, Production/Platform engineering, or Technology Operations.
• Proven experience leading technical resolution for complex production incidents.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and recurrence elimination.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments and modern observability tooling.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities in production operations with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted incident recommendations before action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical production owner for critical merchant payment services and client-facing platforms.
• Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, availability, and efficiency.
• Lead data-driven operational improvements for service quality and client experience.
• Evaluate production readiness for releases with strong operational controls and observability.
• Lead teams delivering end-to-end service delivery for business operations.
• Promote enterprise AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation.
