Job summary

Argyle Payments is seeking an experienced Agent / ISO Recruiter to grow our network of independent sales agents, referral partners, and ISOs across the United States. This remote, full-time role focuses on recruiting, relationship management, and pipeline development within the merchant services space.

You will identify and onboard experienced agents, partner with internal teams, and communicate compensation structures, with the goal of building long-term, productive partnerships that drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchant services or related financial services.
• Experience recruiting merchant services agents or ISOs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem and residual compensation.
• Ability to build relationships through networking and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit experienced merchant services agents, sales pros, referral partners, and ISOs.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of recruiting prospects via networking, outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, events.
• Present Argyle Payments value proposition and compensation opportunities.
• Build relationships to encourage long-term engagement and production.
• Guide new partners through recruiting, contracting, onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide resources for partner success.
• Communicate compensation structures, including residuals and revenue sharing.
• Maintain CRM records and track recruiting metrics.
