Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Finance Analyst for a major financial services company in Tempe, AZ (hybrid) with potential extensions and/or full-time conversion. You will evaluate pricing opportunities, analyze financial data, and collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, and Risk teams.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of finance or merchant services experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of delivering data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

4+ years of Finance experience.
4+ years in Merchant Services or related field.
Experience analyzing data and making recommendations.
Proficiency with Excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
Understanding pricing concepts and cost structures.

Responsibilities

Evaluate pricing opportunities and support decisions impacting client relationships and profitability.
Partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests and provide data-driven recommendations.
Evaluate merchant business characteristics to balance pricing profitability, risk, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment on moderately complex initiatives.
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Finance deliverables.
