Deluxe is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor merchant processing activity and review account statuses. Duties include evaluating daily audits, updating systems, and communicating with customers to ensure policy adherence.

The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work across systems to maintain compliant, low-risk processing operations.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and 2 years of related experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts (probability, statistics).
• Analyses and prioritizes information to make recommendations; commits to quality standards.
• Discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Review/request information to assess daily audits for merchant risk.
• Monitor releases of funds in suspense systems.
• Maintain spreadsheets for reporting (Audit Log, High-Risk Merchants).
• Update merchant matches on Terminated Merchant File.
• Input data into Merchant, Suspense, LP Online, SAM, Vital, FDR systems.
