2020 Companies, Inc. is looking for a Retail Engagement Specialist in San Francisco to visit retailers, educate them on the client program, and maximize merchant value across the territory.

You will be the face of the brand in stores, building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience during each visit. The role requires a personal vehicle, valid license, proof of insurance, and completion of an MVR check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Introduce and educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Place and maintain POS materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Travel to major markets and events for launches to promote products.
• Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations and meet territory goals.
