Job summary

2020 Companies in Seattle is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to strengthen relationships with local retailers, educate them about the client program, and drive growth across your territory.

You’ll visit 22–35 locations per day, represent the brand in the field, and ensure merchants understand how to maximize program value while delivering a first-class customer experience. This is a Monday–Friday field role with mileage reimbursement and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support and address questions to ensure merchant understanding.
• Place and maintain point-of-purchase materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals are met.
