2020 Companies in Newark, NJ is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a field team of Brand Ambassadors across major retail markets. This full-time role requires extensive travel in the territory and will mix field visits with remote planning from home office.

The base pay is $65,000 per year with a 10% monthly bonus opportunity, plus benefits including health insurance and a 401(k). You will hire, train, coach, and drive performance, build client relations, track KPI results, and ensure staffing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred.
• 3–5 years retail and sales management experience.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the year.
