The role requires 60% travel within the territory and 40% time in a home office, with a base pay of $65,000 per year plus a 10% bonus. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail and sales management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel 50% of the year to various US markets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed visits and project goals.
• Personally accountable for team members and all documentation pertaining to team productivity.
• Track merchant visits, events and KPI results.
• Develop territory relationships through networking and client engagement.
• Provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the team.
• Determine staffing requirements in accordance with client and company directives.
• Train sales techniques, products, and policies; document counseling and terminations as needed.
• Travel to locations regularly throughout the territory and adhere to company policies.
