Job summary

Cargas is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to provide frontline support for Cargas Pay users and merchants. You will troubleshoot payment, transaction, billing, and account issues across the payment lifecycle, and assist with training and guidance on system usage.

Engage customers via phone, email, chat, and Zendesk, document interactions, and escalate complex issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused and motivated to deliver timely results.
• Experience using customer support or ticketing tools to research issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage support queues via phone, email, chat, and Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot payments, billing, and account issues across the payment lifecycle.
• Document interactions and resolutions; provide training and guidance on system usage.
