PayCargo, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver courteous, knowledge‑driven support to customers via email, CRM, and phone. You’ll help reconcile accounts, process refunds, and guide clients through PayCargo products and payment options to enhance satisfaction and retention.

You will clock in/out using ADP, Salesforce, and RingCentral, and contribute to campaigns and product launches while building strong customer relationships. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Competenze

• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient on Salesforce, RingCentral, PayCargo system, Bluesnap, Slack, Mandrill, Microsoft Office, Office365, State business entities search engines.
• Multilingual skills in Spanish, French, Arabic, German are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide customers with courteous customer experience through email/CRM or over the phone.
• Assist customers in reconciliations and payments to vendors.
• Follow up on process cases (e.g., refunds).
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Build relationships and educate customers on PayCargo products and services.
• Identify and refer new business opportunities internally.
