Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Merchant Solutions Advisor to help business owners modernize how they take orders and payments. You’ll be trained, guided by a playbook, and supported by a team focused on results.

The role is full-time with performance-based pay and monthly bonuses, rewarding you for strong months and advancement based on outcomes. You’ll log conversations in the CRM and guide clients from first contact through setup.

Qualifications

• Upbeat problem-solver who likes talking with people.
• Clear and simple explanations.
• Willing to be coached and stay organized.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service helps.

Responsibilities

• Talk with business owners and learn how they take payments today.
• Find the fees and friction in their current setup.
• Recommend a payment and point-of-sale solution that fits how they work.
• Handle objections and questions with honest, clear answers.
• See each new account through setup and the first weeks live.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM.
