You will engage owners, uncover costs of current setups, present fitting POS options, and serve as the go-to contact as clients are implemented. This is a full-time role with bonuses tied to results.

• Coachable and comfortable learning a new process.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales helps.

Responsibilities

• Have real conversations with business owners about how their day works.
• Ask questions that uncover what their current setup is costing them.
• Walk them through a payment and point-of-sale solution that fits.
• Answer concerns honestly and help them feel good about the change.
• Stay their go-to contact as they get set up and running.
• Record each conversation and next step in the CRM.
