This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 1–3 years of retail operations experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or operations related field.
• 1-3 years of professional merchandising or retail operations experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Function as liaison for vendors, merchandise, supply chain, operations and marketing to resolve issues.
• Generate financial reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain purchase order activity based on merchandising plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and create SKUs for timely delivery.
• Participate in vendor selection and interview prospective vendors.
• Perform slow-turn analysis and recommend markdowns and price adjustments.
• Plan vendor communications, meetings, product demos, and promotions.
• Maintain detailed assortment plans and identify issues.
• Handle coupon management and advertising plan.
• Review advertising/promo results and present conclusions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
