Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA is seeking an Associate Merchant to drive merchandising for assigned categories. You will help develop sales and margin plans, negotiate with vendors, and create planograms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category merchandising plans for assigned groups.
• Collaborate on sales and margin plans and forecasts for assigned categories.
• Manage and optimize open-to-buy and negotiate with vendors on pricing, quantity, delivery and terms.
• Identify merchandising risks and opportunities and propose assortments and planograms.
• Provide guidance to Merchant Assistants and support the merchandising team.
