Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands in New York, NY is seeking an Assistant Merchant II to support merchandising and product execution for assigned brands, with a focus on drop ship and national brand operations. You will partner cross-functionally to support launches, vendor relationships, assortment planning, and PO management.

The role requires 3–5 years in merchandising or related roles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field.
3–5 years in merchandising, buying, or product roles with analytics focus.
Strong analytical skills to support product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with PLM/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain supplier relationships, including drop ship and national brands.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support timely product launches.
Oversee end-to-end dropship setup: item creation, pricing, imagery, and activation.
Manage dropship onboarding to ensure accurate and timely live products.
Conduct quality assurance on product photography, descriptions, and pricing.
Attend vendor meetings to support national brand assortment and strategy.
Create and track national brand purchase orders and follow up.
Analyze sales KPIs and market data to identify opportunities.
