Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking, displaying, and ensuring product availability. You will travel between stores to complete merchandising tasks, coordinate with store teams, and use a mobile app to report results while providing excellent customer service.

A valid driver’s license, a personal smartphone, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area as needed.
