Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. You will travel to multiple store locations to complete merchandising tasks, using a mobile app to report results.

Role requires access to a personal smartphone, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and a full benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work-related tasks (data plan required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations within a designated region.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
