Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or related field.
• 2–4 years of retail and/or project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide planogram reporting such as adjacencies, heatmaps, and space productivity.
• Partner with Real Estate on NSO, Remodel, and Relocation projects for space optimization.
• Conduct weekly audits to ensure correct store eligibility and inventory distribution.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets for store support.
• Validate planograms and promotional off-shelf placements per calendar.
• Monitor disposition plans for non go-forward SKUs during planogram resets.
• Convert and manage store-specific planograms including sales reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with merchandising and inventory teams.
