Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and training others.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
