Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. in the Tallahassee area seeks a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays, restock shelves, and maintain product integrity across outlets.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a willingness to work a Thursday–Monday 4am–until schedule. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and drivers to ensure excellent service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle and regular attendance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible or rotating schedule.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and display areas.
• Maintain product integrity, organize backstock, and clean coolers.
• Collect breakage and out-of-date product, and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute store plans.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
