Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee in Alabama to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage product on customer outlets. You will ensure proper care of equipment and maintain brand standards on the selling floor.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales Supervisors and Delivery Drivers, maintaining inventory integrity, and delivering excellent customer service to store partners. Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced beverage company.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and cold equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products on outlet displays, racks, and equipment.
• Maintain product integrity, neatly stacked and rotated backstock; clean coolers and racks.
• Collect breakage or out-of-date product and coordinate removal.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Work with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans for success.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide superior customer service.
