Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Philadelphia store.

You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing and implementing merchandising strategies, coaching your team to deliver AEO Visual standards, and ensuring floorset execution and replenishment keep the store guest-ready. You will train and mentor associates, drive sales, and maintain brand standards across the selling floor and fitting room.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store setting.
• Ability to train and coach staff to deliver brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest experience.
• Coach team to deliver brand standards and maintain visual merchandising.

• Foster teamwork and ensure safety, asset protection, and policy adherence.
