Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader in Lancaster, PA to drive store sales and lead a dynamic team in delivering on-brand guest experiences. You will train and coach associates, manage merchandising and replenishment, and ensure visual standards are consistently met across all store zones.

You’ll lead by example as a resident expert on product presentation, guest service, and performance management, while upholding safety and asset protection standards daily.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail team towards sales targets.
• Experience coaching teams to achieve brand standards in-store.
• Strong merchandising and floor replenishment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and ensure optimal floor execution and replenishment.
• Motivate and develop staff, conduct coaching, development plans, and performance reviews.
• Recruit and train strong talent to meet business needs and staffing requirements.
• Provide ongoing feedback and celebrate high performers to boost engagement and results.
• Maintain daily store operations and visual standards across all zones, ensuring guest-ready fitting rooms.
