You will train and coach your team to become strong merchants, delivering AEO visual standards and ensuring floorset execution and guest-ready merchandising daily.

You will lead by example, drive sales as Leader on Duty, analyze trends, and build short- and long-term plans while mentoring talent and maintaining

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership experience in managing a store team.
• Proven ability to coach and train associates to achieve brand standards.
• Strong planning and execution of floorsets and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing selling space and guest engagement.
• Coach team to deliver on-brand visual standards and efficient floorset execution.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates to meet business needs and maintain store standards.
• Analyze daily trends and reports to support short- and long-term business plans.
