• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and boosting guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver outstanding guest experience and maintain AEO brand standards across floor and fitting room.
• Lead and develop team through real-time coaching, development plans, and performance reviews.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs and ensure high service levels.
• Ensure daily merchandising operations and replenishment keep the store visually aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards, adhering to company policies.
