You will lead with AE’s core values, drive KPIs, and build a high-performing, guest-centric team while maintaining strong visual and service standards across the floor and fitting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty, and support store leader in business planning.
• Coach and develop team to meet AEO visual standards and merchandising execution.
• Lead and motivate team on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring guest readiness.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to maintain adequate staffing.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews to improve engagement and results.
• Maintain daily operations and visual standards across all store zones, ensuring safety and asset protection.
