Job summary

You will drive guest-ready stores through replenishment, lead by example on service and asset protection, and recruit and develop talent while maintaining high standards and KPI focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and executing merchandising strategies.
• Ability to train and coach associates to AE brand standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing floor productivity.
• Coach team to deliver AE brand standards and flawless floorset execution.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Recruit and hire strong talent; train and develop the team.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans.
• Maintain visual standards across all store zones; ensure guest readiness.
• Uphold store safety and asset protection standards.
