American Eagle Outfitters in West Palm Beach is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive merchandising strategy and floorset execution. You will train and coach your team to deliver AEO brand standards, ensure guest-ready floors, and lead replenishment and inventory decisions to support sales growth.

You’ll partner with the Store Team Leader to develop short- and long-term plans, maximize KPIs, and maintain exceptional guest experiences while upholding company values and asset

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising leadership preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising strategy and floorset execution for the store.
• Coach and train team to meet brand standards and guest experience targets.
• Manage replenishment, inventory and merchandising to keep the store guest-ready.
