Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor and fitting room productivity.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and floorset execution to meet brand standards.
• Coach and develop store team, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to policies.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs and staffing levels.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct development plans and reviews.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards, ensuring guest-ready floors and rooms.
